How to live a Cottagecore life? || Diary of a 30+ year old

Something I didn’t realize as I got older was the stigma over what I can or can’t wear because of my age still carrying over from me being a teenager who loved different aesthetics like soft pastel or gothic edgy or simplistic muted tones.

This is the reason why I made this blog because of all of the judgment and rules around me of what I can or can’t do and what I can or can’t wear. Even now that I’ve found the cottagecore aesthetic I still see people who come and tell me that what I call cottagecore isn’t cottagecore but what others fail to realize is that for me cottagecore can be whatever I want it to be because it’s more so about looking through life through rose colored lenses and for me surrounding myself or looking at things that bring me comfort and happiness is cottagecore to me.

We all have our own ideas and definition of what is cotttagecore so I hope you all can be free to find what cottagecore means to you and for those of you who are like me and enjoy the cottagecore, soft-girl, lolita aesthetic and you’re looking for a safe space of no-judgment to just find different dresses and enjoy them then you’ve found the right blog!

Here are a few adorable Lolita dresses that I found from Neo Lud-wig Fanplus Friends Website that I think are so cute! What do you guys think? Cute right?
